The purpose of Body Love is to collectively tap into our individual supplies of magic to strengthen our relationship with our Temples (body) from a Body Positive and Sex Positive lens. Much like sexuality and gender, our experiences with messaging we’ve received around our bodies exists on a very wide spectrum. Over time, the impacts from these internal and/or external messages starts to shape the way we see ourselves and others. Your intuitive guide Goddess Briq House will aid you in harnessing the healing power of mindfulness, touch, and movement to address the emotional and physical places within our bodies that are in need of attention, care and reconciliation.
This sacred space is open to humans of all sizes, shades, genders, sexualities and identities.

In this discussion-based act development workshop, we’ll structure your act like a compelling essay: a bold opening (attention-getter!), deliberate movement & reveals (supporting details), and an impactful finish (closing argument). But we’ll also explore how to engage all five senses—using music, texture, lighting, scent, and even taste—to immerse your audience in your story. Learn how to layer reveals, refine gestures, and transform your act into a multi-sensory experience that lingers long after the final glove drops. Walk away with tools to deepen your act’s narrative, emotional pull, and unforgettable impact.
